I understand that the flowers were beautiful which is great. In today’s world when most of us order on line I was blown away when I was called and told that I could not get a text with a photo of the flowers sent. It got worse when I was told that they charged $5 to email me a photo. I place many orders online and a lot of the progressive florists automatically send a photo which does not add to overhead. Hopefully you will realize that service is still important in today’s competitive world.
